We deliver exceptional, mission-driven property management that supports property owners while creating quality housing for residents.&nbsp; We're&nbsp;currently&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a&nbsp;dedicated and organized Property Manager to oversee 2 /40-unit apartment communities next to eachother in Blythe, CA&nbsp;one senior complex the other family unit . If you enjoy building strong resident relationships,&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;high community standards, and working in a collaborative team environment,&nbsp;we'd&nbsp;love to hear from you.&nbsp; Experience in&nbsp;affordable housing programs such as RD, HUD, or LIHTC&nbsp;is strongly preferred.&nbsp; What&nbsp;You'll&nbsp;Do&nbsp; As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellent&nbsp;service&nbsp;and the property is&nbsp;maintained&nbsp;to AWI's&nbsp;high standards.&nbsp; Key responsibilities include:&nbsp; Managing all aspects of the assigned property's daily operations&nbsp;Processing applications, screening applicants, and verifying landlord references&nbsp;Preparing leases, house rules, and required documentation&nbsp;Managing tenant certifications and re-certifications&nbsp;Conducting move-ins and move-outs&nbsp;Collecting rent and security deposits&nbsp;Enforcing lease agreements and community policies&nbsp;Coordinating maintenance and ensuring property standards are met&nbsp;Maintaining strong curb appeal and property presentation&nbsp;Marketing and advertising vacant units to attract qualified residents&nbsp;Responding appropriately to emergency situations&nbsp;Following company policies and procedures&nbsp; What&nbsp;We're&nbsp;Looking For&nbsp; We're&nbsp;seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to creating a positive living environment for residents.&nbsp; Qualifications &amp; Skills&nbsp; Strong communication&nbsp;skills across diverse audiences&nbsp;Proficiency&nbsp;in&nbsp;Microsoft Office and property management software/databases&nbsp;Strong math and financial accuracy skills&nbsp;Excellent organization and time management abilities&nbsp;Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities&nbsp;Professionalism and strong listening skills&nbsp;Ability to follow written and verbal instructions&nbsp;Ability to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and corporate staff&nbsp; Basic Requirements&nbsp; Reliable transportation&nbsp;Authorized to work in the United States&nbsp;Access to a&nbsp;personal smartphone&nbsp;with email, messaging, and app capability (usage reimbursed)&nbsp; Our Mission&nbsp; AWI delivers exceptional, mission-driven property management that drives long-term success for owners and quality housing for residents.
