We deliver exceptional, mission-driven property management that supports property owners while creating quality housing for residents.&nbsp;We're&nbsp;currently&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a&nbsp;dedicated and organized Assistant Property Manager to help oversee a total of 97-units spread out of 4 different&nbsp;apartment communities in Hailey ID. If you enjoy building strong resident relationships,&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;high community standards, and working in a collaborative team environment,&nbsp;we'd&nbsp;love to hear from you.&nbsp;Experience in&nbsp;affordable housing programs such as RD, HUD, or LIHTC&nbsp;is strongly preferred.&nbsp;What&nbsp;You'll&nbsp;Do&nbsp;As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellent&nbsp;service&nbsp;and the property is&nbsp;maintained&nbsp;to AWI's&nbsp;high standards.&nbsp;Key responsibilities include:&nbsp;<ul><li>Managing all aspects of the assigned property's daily operations&nbsp;</li><li>Processing applications, screening applicants, and verifying landlord references&nbsp;</li><li>Preparing leases, house rules, and required documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Managing tenant certifications and re-certifications&nbsp;</li><li>Conducting move-ins and move-outs&nbsp;</li><li>Collecting rent and security deposits&nbsp;</li><li>Enforcing lease agreements and community policies&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinating maintenance and ensuring property standards are met&nbsp;</li><li>Maintaining strong curb appeal and property presentation&nbsp;</li><li>Marketing and advertising vacant units to attract qualified residents&nbsp;</li><li>Responding appropriately to emergency situations&nbsp;</li><li>Following company policies and procedures&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;What&nbsp;We're&nbsp;Looking For&nbsp;We're&nbsp;seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to creating a positive living environment for residents.&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Skills&nbsp;<ul><li>Strong communication&nbsp;skills across diverse audiences&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency&nbsp;in&nbsp;Microsoft Office and property management software/databases&nbsp;</li><li>Strong math and financial accuracy skills&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organization and time management abilities&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities&nbsp;</li><li>Professionalism and strong listening skills&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and corporate staff&nbsp;</li></ul>Basic Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>Reliable transportation&nbsp;</li><li>Authorized to work in the United States&nbsp;</li><li>Access to a&nbsp;personal smartphone&nbsp;with email, messaging, and app capability (usage reimbursed)&nbsp;</li></ul>Our Mission&nbsp;AWI delivers exceptional, mission-driven property management that drives long-term success for owners and quality housing for residents.
