AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain a 32-unit apartment community in Moreno Valley, CA. This position also has assistant property manager responsibilities. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape and administrative tasks are preferred. The position is a full-time position.Pay range is $22.00 - $23.50 /hour DOE.Housing is not available with this position. Requirements:Reliable TransportationAuthorized to work in the United StatesAccess to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality.&nbsp;Usage will be reimbursed. Qualifications / Skills:Good communication skillsComputer literate (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)Ability to positively interact with the general public, tenants, vendors, and corporate staffStrong organizational skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to manage priorities and meet deadlinesExperience with subsidized housing (HUD, Tax Credit, or RD) helpfulGeneral building maintenance skills (painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)General grounds keeping skillsAbility to manage emergency situationsProfessionalismListening Responsibilities:Maintain good public relations with residents and vendorsAssist with annual apartment inspections and identifying action itemsReport violations of lease and house rulesTimely completion of maintenance request, work orders and ensure tenant's maintenance needs are being metWork with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary suppliesPerform preventative maintenance dutiesMaintaining excellent curb appealFollow policies and procedures AWI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
