AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain an 40-unit apartment community in Madera, CA. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape is preferred. The position is full-time at 40 hours a week.Pay range is $22.00 - $24.00/hour DOE.Housing is not available for this position. Requirements:Reliable TransportationAuthorized to work in the United StatesAccess to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality.&nbsp;Usage will be reimbursed.
