AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to manage an apartment community in Fairfield, CA. Experience in affordable housing (RD/LIHTC/HUD) preferred. This is a Full-Time position at 40 hours a week.Starting pay is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE. Requirements:Reliable TransportationAuthorized to work in the United StatesAccess to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality.&nbsp;Usage will be reimbursed.
